Neil Young has granted one year access to his musical and documentary archive to the people of Greenland.

Young's offer came in the context in which he reiterated his objection to Amazon based on the support given by CEO Jeff Bezos to Donald Trump. In 2024, Amazon donated 1 million dollars for Trump's campaign. In October, Young announced that he would also withdraw his music from the corporation's streaming platform, Amazon Music (his CDs and vinyl records remain available for purchase).

"I sincerely want you to be able to enjoy all my music in your beautiful home in Greenland, at the highest quality. This is an offer of peace and love. All the music I have composed in the last 62 years belongs to you. We hope that other organizations will follow our example. Love the Earth!" said Neil Young .
