The chairman of NATO's Military Committee, Rob Bauer, said North Korean troops involved in the conflict in Ukraine are not being used effectively.

<p>Bauer emphasized that language barriers make it difficult for these troops to coordinate with Russian troops, noting that about a third of North Korean soldiers involved in the conflict are dead or wounded. He also warned of China's involvement in enabling North Korea's actions.
