McDonald's, present in India since 1996, has inaugurated a global office in Hyderabad, which it plans to turn into its largest business center outside the US. The company already uses artificial intelligence in 400 restaurants to check orders and prevent errors, with plans to expand the technology to 40,000 locations by 2027. The focus in India will be on strengthening AI teams without significantly increasing staff. McDonald's is also discussing opening a global office in Poland.
