A 42-year-old man from Brăila was arrested for murder after he intentionally hit a person, who later died. Two other men are being investigated for attempted murder.

A 42-year-old man from Brăila has been placed in preventive arrest for 30 days, being accused of murder and other offenses, after intentionally hitting a person with his car, who later died. The incident took place on May 17, 2021, in the context of an older conflict between groups of people. The man, accompanied by two other armed men, attacked five people, using a gun and blunt objects. After firing two shots, he retreated with the car, hitting a person who died.

Following the investigations, the man was detained on November 19 and arrested on November 27. The other two men were placed under house arrest for attempted murder and other offenses.
