In a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, Macron signed a historic agreement under which France will deliver 100 Rafale fighter jets to Ukraine. He emphasized that Europeans and Americans are united in the face of Russia and that they are working to counter its phantom fleet, which transports oil while circumventing sanctions.
