Macron reaffirmed France's solidarity with Denmark and Greenland, promising support in accordance with the United Nations Charter and advocated for a greater NATO commitment in the Arctic region. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Greenlandic Prime Minister Jens Frederik Nielsen expressed gratitude for France's support, highlighting the importance of European unity in the face of external threats. Frederiksen insisted on NATO's increased role in the Arctic, emphasizing the need for a clear and united response from Europe.
