Lufthansa has decided not to continue negotiations for a stake in Air Europa, a week after Air France-KLM pulled out. Turkish Airlines is now the only known bidder. IAG, the owner of British Airways, owns 20% of Air Europa, but has not won approval for a full takeover. Negotiations have been difficult, and unnamed sources suggest the process is facing delays because of internal disagreements and fears over the structure of the deal.
