Lithuania, fearing a Russian attack, is intensifying efforts to build air raid shelters, especially after Russian drones entered its airspace. Although authorities encourage communities to prepare, not all citizens have responded to the call. Vidas Magnavicius, a property manager, has started to transform a basement into a bunker, wanting to provide safety for residents. The government has announced that there are 6,453 shelters, but many are not ready for crises. Additionally, authorities are promoting the modernization and construction of new shelters to address current threats.
