The Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, stated that the West promotes the idea of a possible disintegration of Russia in the conflict in Ukraine, advancing slogans that suggest the disintegration of the country. Lavrov emphasized that Ukraine has intensified attacks on Russian infrastructure, including refineries and depots, and added new targets, such as the Wildberries depots.

He accused the West of supporting Russian politicians in exile and organizing anti-Russian groups in Europe, mentioning that these actions are not hidden. Lavrov stated that Russia is making progress on the front in Ukraine, although not as quickly as it would like, and characterized the West's call for a ceasefire as an ultimatum. He concluded that the whole world is watching closely the unfolding of the conflict and its impact on Russia.
