Kelemen Hunor said it is essential to discuss the retirement age, proposing to raise it to 65, including for the privileged categories. He criticized the current system which allows early retirement with pensions higher than salaries. He also called for the abolition of unjustified bonuses in the public sector and for a new pay law to ensure fairness between professions and reduce pay differentials between counties. Hunor believes that reforms are necessary not only for the NRRP, but also for common sense and fairness in society.
