Kallas proposed intensifying pressure on Russia through sanctions targeting energy exports and financial services, as well as continuing the supply of weapons to Ukraine. During the EU ministers' meeting in Copenhagen, security guarantees for post-conflict Ukraine were also discussed. Kallas acknowledged that peace is not near, considering Russia's current actions.
