US President Joe Biden is considering reforming the Supreme Court, including the introduction of term limits and a Code of Ethics. Such changes require congressional approval, which is currently almost impossible given the conservative majority in the House of Representatives. The Supreme Court has been criticized for partisan bias and ethics scandals. Nearly 58% of Americans disapprove of the way it carries out its duties.
