At least 11 people were killed in Israeli air strikes in Gaza, where thousands had gathered for food.

On Saturday, Israeli air strikes in the Gaza Strip killed at least 11 people, including a couple and four Palestinians in an apartment. Witnesses say the victims were among those waiting for humanitarian aid. The Israeli army said it had hit more than 100 terrorist targets in the past 24 hours, while restrictions on the press complicate the verification of information. Gaza has been under siege for more than 21 months.
