Residents of Tel Aviv were alarmed by loud explosions after sirens began to sound, following a rocket attack from Iran. The Israeli army was prepared and managed to intercept some of the rockets, while intervention teams found munitions debris in various locations across the central part of the country. Fortunately, initial reports indicate that there are no injuries, although the rockets caused fires upon impact. General Eyal Zamir announced that Israel will move to a tougher phase of operations, destroying Iran's military capabilities and promising "surprises" to come. Additionally, Israel is directing its attention towards Lebanon, ordering troops to advance and occupy strategic positions to disarm the Hezbollah group. Zamir emphasized that the goal of disarming Hezbollah remains a priority.
