The authorities in Iran have announced the reopening of schools in Tehran and other cities, which had been closed for a week due to the wave of protests that took place in the country. The closure of schools was decided on January 10, and the reopening is scheduled for Sunday, a working day in Iran. Additionally, university exams, which had been postponed due to the demonstrations, are set to take place starting January 24. This decision comes in the context of social and political tensions in Iran, which have generated massive protests.
