While Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran and the United States have agreed on "a set of guiding principles" that could pave the way for a possible agreement, JD Vance stated on Tuesday evening that Tehran does not accept certain "red lines" set by Donald Trump.

Vance emphasized that, although dialogue between the two countries has continued and has been considered 'more constructive' than previous negotiations, there are still significant obstacles.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Iran is willing to be verified to demonstrate that it is not pursuing the development of nuclear weapons.
