Measurements show a modest increase in connectivity, but it remains at about 2% of normal levels, with no signs of significant recovery.

Human rights advocacy groups argue that this interruption, in effect since January 8, serves to obscure the extent of the repression, which has led to at least 3428 deaths since the protests began, according to the Norway-based NGO Iran Human Rights (IHR).
