The Nice public prosecutor's office has opened an investigation into the death of Raphaël Graven, known for his controversial videos, during a live streaming on the Kick platform.

Raphaël Graven, known online as 'Jean Pormanove', died during a live stream on the Australian platform Kick, and the Nice public prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the circumstances of his death. Graven was known for videos in which he suffered violence from other participants. The Minister Delegate for Digital has denounced the incident and referred the matter to ARCOM for online content regulation. The investigation is also looking into possible criminal offenses related to the dissemination of violent images.
