The militant group Hamas has rejected a proposal to take part in new rounds of ceasefire talks, insisting that talks should be based on previous plans. International mediators have urged both Israel and Hamas to take part in the talks, but the Palestinian group has rejected the proposal, demanding that the plan be based on the vision presented by US President Joe Biden in May.
