A shooting attack in an Athens cafe wounded two men, including a police officer. The suspect is wanted by the authorities.

The incident took place in the Kolonos area, where a Turkish citizen and a police officer, the husband of the cafe owner, were shot in the legs. Witnesses observed that the Turkish man left the cafe, but returned frightened, being chased. A suspect, also apparently Turkish, entered and shot him, then fled. Police are investigating to apprehend him.
