Goldman Sachs will lead the consortium of banks involved in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SpaceX, estimated to raise up to 75 billion dollars and to value the company at over 2 trillion dollars, according to Bloomberg. This valuation would significantly exceed the IPO of Saudi Aramco, which raised 29.4 billion dollars, making it the largest listing in history. SpaceX, the company founded by billionaire Elon Musk, which develops rockets, satellites, and AI technology, is expected to file for the IPO on Wednesday. Alongside Goldman Sachs, other major banks such as Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are involved in the process. Negotiations are ongoing, and changes to the details are possible. Deutsche Bank AG and UBS Group AG will manage the IPO transactions in Europe, while Barclays Plc will handle the sales in the UK.
