Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice, had a day-long meeting with Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general, in which she answered all the questions he asked. Her attorney, David Markus, said Maxwell cooperated truthfully but did not elaborate on the substance of the discussions. Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking and has appealed the sentence. The Justice Department has requested permission to unseal jury transcripts from previous investigations related to Epstein and Maxwell.
