France has begun the largest military exercise since the Cold War, planned to last two months, during which over 12,000 soldiers will be deployed. The exercise, which will take place until the end of April, includes the deployment of fighter jets, including Rafale, and the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.
The scenario of the exercise involves an attack on a European country, with France being the first state to respond. In the first phase, France will deploy hundreds of soldiers, and later allies will join. In total, 24 states are participating, including the United States, highlighting European collaboration with Washington. Although Romania is not directly involved in this exercise, it participates in other NATO training throughout the year.
