France's Economy Ministry has accused Tesla of 'misleading commercial practices', including problems with sales contracts and misleading advertising. The DGCCRF has ordered the company to correct these problems within four months or face a fine of €50,000 per day. The investigation was triggered by consumer complaints about non-compliance with the law and misleading vehicle information. In addition, Tesla sales in France have plummeted, down 48% year-on-year.
