Former South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol refused to attend a hearing, lying on the floor of his cell in his underwear, according to prosecutors. They tried to forcibly bring him to the hearing after a new arrest warrant was issued, but avoided using physical force. Yoon, accused of abuse of power and attempting to impose martial law, has already been in detention and became the first sitting head of state to be arrested in South Korea. His lawyers cite health problems as a significant challenge.
