Jurgen Faff and another administrator of Fly Lili have been placed under judicial control for non-payment of taxes and social contributions, causing a damage of 12,342,954 lei. They have not paid the tax obligations withheld from employees, and an AIRBUS aircraft has been seized to guarantee the coverage of the damage. Faff has also been involved in controversies related to European funds, accusing journalists of affecting his image. Additionally, Horațiu Potra, associated with Faff, is wanted internationally for actions against the constitutional order.
