Jurgen Faff and another administrator of Fly Lili have been placed under judicial control for non-payment of taxes and social contributions, causing a damage of 12,342,954 lei. They have not paid the tax obligations withheld from employees, and an AIRBUS aircraft has been seized to guarantee the coverage of the damage.
