European officials have prepared a counterproposal for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, which will be presented during international meetings. This includes lifting the limits imposed on the Ukrainian army, restoring control over the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, and addressing other territorial disputes after the ceasefire. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky welcomed the activation of diplomacy, emphasizing the importance of constructive discussions and close contacts between Ukrainian, American, and European teams. He stressed the need to stop the bloodshed and ensure that the war will not resume. Senior officials from the United States, Ukraine, and national security advisors from France, the United Kingdom, and Germany are meeting on Sunday in Geneva to discuss Washington's proposal for ending the conflict.
