Since the start of the 2024/25 season, EU soft wheat exports have reached 15.46 million tons, down 35%. Romania exported 4.367 million tons, leading the way, followed by Lithuania and Latvia. Maize exports fell to 1.520 million tons, with Romania in first place. Imports of soft wheat fell by 14% and maize imports rose by 12%, mostly from Ukraine.
