Elon Musk's political action committee, America PAC, is accused of failing to pay voters in swing states, contrary to promises made during the election

America PAC, led by Elon Musk, promised payments to voters in seven key states for signing a petition in support of the Constitution, but failed to make the payments. Three plaintiffs in Pennsylvania, Nevada and Georgia have filed suit, alleging that the PAC breached the contract by not paying in full. Musk, CEO of Tesla, has not commented on the situation. The PAC also promised daily payments for supporting constitutional freedoms, but a separate lawsuit accused the donations of fraud.
