Elon Musk has spent more than $800,000 in recent days through his super PAC, America PAC, to support Republican candidates involved in competitive races in the U.S. legislative elections scheduled for November 3, 2026. The spending was reported in a document filed on September 2 and focused primarily on printing and distributing campaign materials, as well as voter mobilization.
Most of the funds were directed toward races in Texas and other states that could influence control of Congress. In Texas, America PAC allocated $247,595 to Ken Paxton, the Republican Senate candidate facing Democrat James Talarico.
Musk’s organization spent $170,224 supporting Republican Senator Susan Collins of Maine and $105,675 on the campaign of Republican Senator Jon Husted of Ohio. America PAC is also supporting candidates for the House of Representatives, including Scott Perry, Ryan Mackenzie, Tom Kean, Jennifer Kiggans, Mike Lawler and Derrick Van Orden.
Election documents also indicate spending of more than $90,000 on materials opposing Democrat Chris Pappas, a Senate candidate in New Hampshire. America PAC has approximately $50 million, and its total spending for the 2026 elections could reach $120 million。.
