The incident occurred when the man piloted a drone in a prohibited area, violating aviation law. In addition to a fine of 4,000 zlotys, his expulsion from the country for five years was decided, with a ban on entering Poland and other Schengen countries. A 17-year-old girl, initially detained, was released as a witness. Authorities are investigating whether the drone flight was an act of espionage, but they have not found evidence in this regard. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that the drone was neutralized by the State Protection Service.
