The purpose of this coin is to honor the legacy of freedom and to symbolize patriotism, according to Bessent's statements on platform X.

Although a sample of the coin has been presented, it is still unknown when production or sales will begin.

Trump has been the subject of several honors, including the renaming of the airport in Palm Beach, Florida, to 'President Donald J. Trump International Airport', a rare gesture for a sitting president.
