The company Dogan Voyages, based in France and specialized in organizing pilgrimages to Mecca, is facing massive cancellations of trips, leaving clients without refunds. Customer testimonials posted on social media reflect concern and frustration over the lack of communication from the agency.

Although Dogan Voyages claims to be facing "exceptional circumstances," no further details are provided. The company, which changed ownership in 2018, has branches in several cities in France, all of which are closed. Former employees suggest that the agency may have gone bankrupt, and clients who have paid in full for pilgrimages are organizing to file legal complaints. The prosecutor's office in Lyon has begun investigations for fraud and breach of trust, while Dogan Voyages claims to be working to refund affected clients.
