Last week, the FC Haka team's stadium in Finland was engulfed in flames, completely destroying the east stand and damaging the artificial turf. Three minors were arrested, and one of them, approximately 15 years old, admitted to starting the fire. Unfortunately, due to their age, the suspects cannot be prosecuted. The club, which has recently been relegated from Veikkausliiga, is facing major financial difficulties as a result of the destruction.
The chairman of the board, Marko Laaksonen, stated that the fire is a tragic incident, deeply affecting the club's community. Although there were no casualties, the financial damages are significant, and the club will need the community's support to overcome this difficult situation.
