The astronauts of SpaceX's Crew-11 mission, Mike Fincke, Zena Cardman, Kimiya Yui, and Oleg Platonov, have returned from the International Space Station (ISS) after a medical evacuation, having to shorten their 6-month mission by nearly a month due to an unspecified condition of a crew member. NASA has not disclosed the identity of the affected astronaut but has assured that they are feeling well. NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman emphasized the agency's preparedness for such situations, highlighting that the crew completed nearly 900 hours of scientific experiments during the mission. NASA is also preparing for the Crew-12 mission, scheduled for February 15, and for Artemis 2, the first crewed mission to the Moon since 1972. Currently, the ISS is occupied by only three astronauts, a first in nearly two decades.
