Julien Ferrat, a local councilor from Mannheim, Germany, has proposed organizing a swinger party at the town hall, already attracting the interest of about 50 people.
This initiative is part of a larger project through which Ferrat wants Mannheim to become a destination for FKK (nudism) and swinger tourism. He compares the city to Cap d'Agde, a well-known destination for naturism.
Ferrat emphasizes that the purpose of the proposal is to reduce the taboos associated with the swinger lifestyle and to attract tourists, estimating that the project could bring millions of euros to the local budget.
However, the town hall has stated that it has not yet approved the event and that there are considerable doubts regarding its legality and feasibility. Ferrat has not submitted an official request, and the administration will only review the proposal after receiving a complete application.
This is not the councilor's first controversial project, as he previously promoted a trip to Cap d'Agde, considered a "political training trip."
