Chinese ships, including a submarine, entered the port of Vladivostok, where sailors were greeted with national flags and local traditions. The exercises, dubbed 'Joint Sea-2025', are billed as defensive in nature and not directed against other countries. The exercises precede Vladimir Putin's visit to China, scheduled for the end of August.
