China is negotiating with Iran to ensure the safe passage of ships transporting oil and liquefied natural gas from Qatar through the Strait of Hormuz, a crucial maritime route, blocked due to the intensification of the conflict between the USA and Israel and Iran. This war, which has entered its sixth day, has led to a significant decrease in maritime transport, affecting one-fifth of the global supply of oil and gas. China, which relies on supplies from the Middle East, expresses its dissatisfaction with Iran's actions to paralyze maritime transport and is pressuring to allow the passage of ships. Additionally, oil prices have risen by over 15% due to Iran's attacks on energy facilities in the Gulf. Currently, only a few ships, mostly owned by China or Iran, manage to cross the strait, and the Iranian government has banned access to ships from the USA, Israel, and their allies, without mentioning China.
