China "strongly condemns" the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

China has firmly condemned the death of the Iranian supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, following the American-Israeli attacks, demanding an immediate halt to military actions.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry emphasized that Khamenei's death represents a serious violation of Iran's sovereignty and international norms. This reaction came after a phone call between Chinese diplomat chief Wang Yi and his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, in which Wang denounced the actions of the US and Israel as unacceptable.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that Khamenei's death is a violation of international law, expressing condolences to the Iranian people. North Korea also condemned the attacks, calling them illegal and accusing the US and Israel of hegemonic behavior.
