During a parade to celebrate winning the Premier League, a car plowed into a crowd of Liverpool fans, injuring nearly 50 people, four of them children. Police arrested a 53-year-old man, the driver of the vehicle, but do not consider the incident an act of terrorism. Of those injured, one child and one adult are in a serious condition. Pictures from the scene show the chaos and the authorities moved quickly to bring the situation under control.
