Bill Gates will be heard in connection with his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein

Gates, whose name appears in the Justice Department documents related to Epstein, stated that he has never participated in any of his illegal activities and looks forward to answering the committee's questions. Documents suggest that Gates may have met with Epstein after his 2008 conviction and that there was an intention to travel on Epstein's private plane.

The congressional investigation focuses on how authorities handled Epstein's files and his relationships with influential people. Melinda French Gates, the billionaire's ex-wife, expressed sadness regarding the publication of the documents and emphasized that the questions need to be clarified by those involved. The committee's chairman, James Comer, stated that the government has disappointed survivors and that the investigation is being taken seriously.
