Sunday's 'Rave the Planet' event in Berlin drew an estimated 200,000 people demanding the protection of Berlin's UNESCO-recognized club scene. Although authorities said the event was peaceful, nearly 400 participants required medical attention and 69 were taken to hospital, 13 of them in critical condition. The parade was initiated by Dr. Motte, one of the founders of the 'Love Parade', a renowned festival that was canceled after a tragic incident in 2010.
