The Belgian federal prosecutor's office will refer to the International Criminal Court cases related to two Israeli soldiers accused of war crimes in the Gaza Strip, based on complaints filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation. The two soldiers were identified at the Tomorrowland festival and accused of arbitrary arrest and torture. Although they were interviewed and released, the case will be heard by the ICC, which investigates violations of international law in the Palestinian territories. HRF considers this step an important step forward in the search for justice.
