The Ax-4 mission, scheduled for Tuesday, will carry an international crew to the International Space Station (ISS) in the Dragon capsule. It marks the return of India, Poland and Hungary to the human space program after a hiatus of more than four decades. The mission is led by Peggy Whitson and piloted by Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, the second Indian astronaut in space. Poland and Hungary are sending their first long-term astronauts aboard the ISS, and the collaboration between NASA and ISRO will include joint science experiments.
