Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary-General, announced that he will not be present at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos due to a severe cold. The UN spokesperson, Rolando Gomez, confirmed his absence in a press conference in Geneva, mentioning that Guterres has caught a bad cold and, unfortunately, has to cancel his participation in this annual meeting. Guterres was supposed to attend the event on Wednesday, but his health condition prevented him from doing so.
