Four women in the UK have accused Andrew Tate of physical and sexual abuse between 2013 and 2015, including threats at gunpoint and severe assault. The trial, believed to be the first of its kind relating to coercive control brought before the High Court, is due to begin in 2027. Tate denies the allegations, claiming all interactions were consensual. In Romania, Tate and his brother were charged by DIICOT with human trafficking and other offenses, but escaped trial after a decision by the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
