According to the PwC Romania survey, technology is becoming essential for Romanians to monitor their health, with 69% of respondents using smart apps or devices. They personalize their exercise programs and meal planning with the help of artificial intelligence. Romanians are increasingly conscious about healthy eating, avoiding ultra-processed foods and preferring local products. Trust in producers is important and companies need to invest in consumer education to boost brand loyalty.
