The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, visited the Pediatric Hospital in Ploiești, where he found that, although high-performance medical equipment was purchased through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), it cannot be used at full capacity due to the lack of an electric transformer, which has not been installed by the city hall for a year.

Rogobete expressed his disappointment regarding the delay of the local authorities and offered to personally assist in the installation of the transformer. He also emphasized the importance of a new building for the hospital to improve treatment conditions. The minister mentioned that the purchased equipment cannot be used effectively due to inadequate electrical infrastructure, with the responsibility falling on the city hall.
