The campaign 'Assume yourself to be healthy', organized by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy 'Carol Davila', offers free consultations in dermatology, endocrinology, pediatrics and pneumology to tourists in 5 resorts. It runs until August 16 and aims to prevent medical conditions, as many participants are apparently healthy. Previously, the campaign has detected many cases of hypertension, obesity and suspected cancer, underlining the importance of screening. Medical specialists are available in tents on the beach, helping to raise awareness of health risks.
