On October 17, the weather will warm up in most parts of the country, with expected rain in the southwest. Temperatures will range from 13-14 degrees in eastern Transylvania to 20-21 degrees in the Danube Plain. In Dobrogea and Bărăgan, the weather will be sunny, but clouds will gather and it will rain at night. In southern Moldova, fog will persist in the morning, with a YELLOW CODE for dense fog in Galați, but after 10 AM the weather will improve. In northern Moldova and Bukovina, fog will persist, but a warmer day will follow. In the west of the country, rain is expected in southern Banat, while in Transylvania, the weather will be cooler in the morning, with a YELLOW CODE for fog. In Oltenia, rain will appear in the evening, and in the south, fog will be present in the morning but will dissipate throughout the day. In Bucharest, a sunny day with 19 degrees is forecasted, and in the mountains, the sky will become overcast, with rain and snow at high altitudes.
